Shipping Policies

After purchase is complete all orders will be shipped out within one business day. Any order competed on a weekend or holiday, will be shipped out the following business day.

Domestic Orders

All orders will be shipped via USPS, unless another shipping method is required. All domestic orders will be charged a shipping rate based on the total weight of the order.

International Orders

Our shopping cart is not set up to accept international orders.  If you are shopping with us outside of the U.S., you will need a Paypal account in order to make your purchase.  Please email your order to us, and we will send you an invoice through Paypal for your items, that reflects the appropriate shipping cost.  Shipping costs will vary, depending on the size of your order.  Our international orders ship via the United States Postal Service.

All items shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Mustard Pie is not responsible for lost international orders, custom or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company.

We reserve the right not to ship to addresses which are associated in our experience with fraud.
