Returns and Exchanges

We, at Mustard Pie, want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days once you’ve received your item.  Items must be returned to Mustard Pie in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Your exchange will be treated as a return.  To exchange an item, re-purchase the item that you want and you will be credited for your return once it is received.

Undeliverable items and refused shipments will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee.  Shipping fees, both ways, are nonrefundable, unless there has been an error on our part.  If a free shipping offer was used, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.  If an exchange is expected and not made properly through a web sale, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

Sale items and pre-ordered items are non-refundable, and all sales become final 14 days after you’ve received the item.
